"After an ER visit to Cabrini I was thoroughly impressed with how professional the aids, techs, nurses, physicians, security, and even the maintenance and cleaning staff were. They were courteous to all patients and treated them with dignity and respect. Hopefully I don't have to go back to the hospital, but if I do CHRISTUS St. Francis Cabrini will be my first choice."

"My brother was admitted to this facility on 1/9 for fluid overload. He was given medication to reduce the swelling in his legs. I spoke to him on Thursday 1/11 and he informed me that be would be going home on tomorrow which would have been that Friday. I received a call from a family member on that Thursday evening that he was found in his room unresponsive and it was 17 min before he was resuscitated, which caused him to be placed on a ventilator for 6 days, and I’m so sorry to say that my sweet brother transitioned on 1/17. How could this hospital still have their accreditation with this kind of practice."

"Brought a family member in at 5:30 pm and at 11:15 the next day still not assigned a room even after being admitted at 7:30 the night prior. As of 11:15 have NOT seen a doctor on rounds to give a diagnosis or prognosis or a medical plan. in reality just lying here while this facility i’m sure is charging prime rates to the insurance while providing sub prime care. Contacted the patient advocate last night and have not been contacted some 12+ hours. totally unacceptable. won’t make this mistake again."

"We had a great experience. The nurses in the paediatric unit are very attentive and helpful. We loved Kayla and Danielle. They took great care of our little boy and he did not even want to be discharged. The lady who brought his food was also so very sweet and would ask him what he wanted, which he loved. Thank you for making a stressful situation not that bad!"
