"This staff at this pool used to be so nice up until around 2018 since then the new staff working are very rude. I used to purchase a season pass every yr from 2010-18 for my kids but haven’t done so since 2018 the pool is always closed for something or another or they close it early because the manager wants to leave not worth a season pass since they always have some issues going on! It’s a hit or miss. SETX really needs more options since the port neches and groves pool closed!! They need to get Miss Angie back who ever the manager is now I’ve experienced how rude and lazy she is!!"
"Just paid entrance and got in the water, then was told everyone had to get out of pool for 30 minutes??? So instead of 2 hrs of fun only 1.5 hrs... Had we known wouldn't have gone."
"The life guards at this pool are very rude. I wouldn’t waste money or time at this pool but sadly it’s the only pool the city has that is public. The manager isn’t much better either. Very rude and pathetic."
