"My name is Rhonda I want that to be specific for this review. I reach out to Lexington Law from due to the nature of my situation. When I spoke with Aaron I felt I had made the right choice to be a client. For the past months I have received nothing but miscommunication from paralegal, she is rude and doesn’t take the time to hear me out, she over talks me. I’m in the process of buying a house, I have two creditors collecting for the same amount when I couldn’t understand why she wasn’t able to assist me I said, why do I pay your company for this and I should close my account then, but I would like to speak with someone else in your company before I do. I contacted the company back to get a second opinion, and was told by Jordan that my account was closed. I feel like my information is NOT safe with this company or in the hands of that rude paralegal."

"I have canceled my account numerous times and Lexington Law continues to withdraw money from my bank even when saying I will no longer be charged and my account is canceled/closed. They are scamming me. Do not do business with this fraudulent company. They deal in fraudulent ways. I do not agree to you "looking into the account", as this will only incurr additional charges. "LexingtonLaw is a great company. They truly have helped me in tremendous ways. They are always very knowledgeable and honest, and within my first few months I saw massive removals. I think people who don’t have success with them are not doing their own part to resolve their credit issues. They are a great company, but are NOT God. They cannot evaporate all the things we do wrong to create negative credit situations. However, they do their BEST to assist. The only way to guarantee your credit increases is to take the steps YOU need to in order to help get these issues resolved. If you want to see more results, you must take the steps to be consistent in reaching out to them in order to assure your success in your case. "Several months ago I was solicited by this horrible company. The deal sounded like a great opportunity to rebuild my credit score. After the first payment it was looking good. When the second payment was deducted it was significantly higher. DOUBLE !! Which was not what I was told to get me to agree to the service. So I canceled. Several months after canceling, my account was charged again. I immediately called and was told that the payment was not showing in their system and was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager. This company is absolutely not worth paying, LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS FOR CREDIT REPAIR."
