"Dr. Wasserman has been seeing my children since my oldest was discharged from the N.I.C.U. in 2012. He always addresses all of my concerns no matter how minuscule. He has always recommended resources upon request and advocates on behalf of my children for additional services, as needed. He is the only doctor that my children feel 100% comfortable with, and that alone is worth the now 40 minute drive we make from the Northshore to see him. He listens carefully to my evaluations of my children’s symptoms, the duration of symptoms, and considers the level of discomfort they are causing before making any treatment decisions. He treats me and each of my children with respect. Not only do I feel heard, but so do my kids. He is a fabulous doctor and our family will be devastated the day he decides to retire…. Which hopefully won’t be for many years."
"Dr. Wasserman is one of the best doctors at Ochsner! He is very caring, and at the end of every visit, he gives us all tennis balls!(don't know why but it makes me feel very happy) He also, if the situation causes pain, gives us Tylenol! 10/10!!"

"Doctor is knowledgable. Unfortunately he pushes the issue with covid testing. As well as telling me my son needs no medicine yet his symptoms escalated right after the visit. I agree with his natural remedies such as taking honey. Overall the feeling while in the office with him is uneasy and he also happens to be the only doctor who always requires my son to get dressed in a surgical gown and also the only one who checks the private area of my children which i am skeptical about. Overall id say he is a great doctor but his people skills could use work."
