"The doctors here are amazing. I’d give them 5 stars. Dr.Clark specifically. We are really sad to be leaving since he’s been our pediatrician for over 5 years. We even chose to drive all the way across town to follow him to his new office when he left. But since his switch to this new office there have been a handful of times I could not reach the office at all (even during normal office hours) to schedule a sick appointment. I understand if there are no appointments for the day but I literally cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone because it is OFF. I’ve had to navigate the phone tree through the billing office to get ahold of someone from the front desk. A lot of effort when I’m already going through a lot with a sick baby. Has happened on multiple occasions too."

"I have always brought my kids to see Dr. Clark even before he was with PALS and have always had nothing but amazing stuff to say. My kids have never missed an appointment. My son was sick with the flu and his fever was taking forever to go away even after being on meds. I called the office and spoke with the nurse who made my son an appointment. I was told that if he didn't have a fever the next day to call and cancel it the appointment. I was not told that you had to call by a certain time or you would get charged 70 dollar no show. I know that there is a no show charge of 70 if you don't call 24 hours ahead of time but his appointment was just made 24 hours ago. There is no fine print that says call by a certain time if you just made the appointment. I called and no one could help me in billing. They just told me its not something they could fix that I would have to speak to the Dr. but she made sure to tell me Dr. Clark will not wave the fee. I'm sorry but this isn't right. I called and canceled the appointment the day of his appointment. I didn't just not show up. I really do not like how this was handled at all."

"UPDATED - 4 stars The PCP has been great and the nurses call back usually the same day even though sometimes I expect to speak with someone when I call. They have been helpful with information and patient. -------- 2 stars so far only because we like the pediatrician(s) and had a somewhat good experience with the staff. -3 stars because of the ridiculous difficulty getting in touch with anyone there. 1. They expect you to call in and leave a *voice message* for call back each and anytime you want to speak. What???? 2. They plan to only call you back ONCE. LOL what a joke. We have been only once so far and so might switch because of this. When we have questions, we want someone to be there for us within a reasonable time. I'm not going to spend days trying to get information. May as well just drive there and speak in person Lol. Pure ridiculousness."

"I’m only giving one star because of my experience today. All the other times I’ve been there have been great. The staff are very friendly. My daughter is seven weeks old and her regular doctor is Gonzales who we have an no issues with. So far he has been very friendly and thoughtful. Unfortunately he is out this month so I had to see Leoni instead. I have never felt so judged in my life. She has terrible bedside manner. Very condescending. And was very disrespectful about my decisions for my own daughter. She even questioned why my OB decided to deliver my baby early even when I explained the reasons and shook her head. Sadly, it looks like I might have to switch over to another pediatrician who is respectful of my beliefs."

"4 stars for Dr Clark and Dr Melancon today made me appreciate Dr Clark even more because of how well he does with my son and he’s super supportive towards parents he always give us good advice and never talks down to us today We seen dr Leonie for first time I literally cried in the parking lot after the visit I’m a first time mom so anytime my son is sick because he less then 1 year old I bring him in . But today I felt like I was wasting her time and she wasn’t very helpful I asked for advice on how to do something and she made passive aggressive comments to me I didn’t need that today ..I’m just mama trying to do the best she can. That is all . But she is very rude and I don’t want my son to see her again . But I do still love this pediatrician office all the other staff is helpful and kind."
