This company needs to refine its processes to make it more efficient for people to pay their loan."

"Absolute worst experience with banking in my life. I made my mistake and tried to bring current, their system failed the night before and I got penalized for it. No concern or compassion by management, got called out for it and sent off with zero regard. Thank you for some assistance I suppose for partial fees, will move all banking to my new primary Capital One. The teller was nice and professional, thank you to her. (FYI....I was never elevated and was soft spoken throughout)"

"RUN! FRAUDULENT BANK AND LOAN COMPANY! They are worse that Well Fargo. Even though you pay two -three months payment, they will still say you’re two months late on your auto loan and try to repo your car. This company will have its day. Look at what happened with the other banks that tried to pull stunts like this. Multimillion dollar lawsuits ,and bank shut downs!"

"I had my vehicle finance with Keesler. I refinanced with a different bank. Keesler tells them to have me call to get the refund for GAP insurance I PAID cash for. Over an hour back and fourth with different numbers. Nothing resolved. Worst credit union. And with only 1 location. You won't last I'll never recommend to anyone"
