"Our Golden retriever had an obstruction. We had no idea what she ate. Dr. Pitard did an x ray and immediately identified the object as a rock. We have a strict cap on how much we can spend on our pets in our monthly budget. We were spiraling imagining the cost of the surgery to remove the rock. We were even considering putting her down due to the hit our budget would take. Stephanie at the front desk worked with me to come up with a payment plan. She was non judgmental when I asked about putting our dog down and was considering other options. She was so patient and kind through the whole process. She called me after the surgery and we got to go visit with our dog and check on her! The whole staff was wonderful -from the tech bringing our dog out to us, the front desk staff and Dr. Pitard for identifying and removing the rock.
