"Worst experience. I would suggest you always have a witness around certain individuals. I would question his character. Research his client's cases to gather a feel for how he handles the assets of your loved ones and the transfers of Real Estate property who he may have or want a Judge to sign off on to sell, where all owners may not have consented or gave their signatures. In general regarding any legal matters not specific, I would recommend a person to protect their families interest by making sure you read what you are signing and agreeing to. Often times, people don't like to read agreements to even recieve money, but read before you accept your own assets or money being used as a bargaining tool where it may be used to con you into signing that you took "possession or agreed to distribution" when you probably didn't know why you're being asked and/or forced to sign a contingency just to receive what was already your own property. Please don't let anyone take advantage of you or your loved ones Estates when it comes to any type of attorney and ensure you file your information and continue to check court records at the local Parishes. You just might be surprised at what you find out. 1) Research the laws and rules 2) Have the questions prepared for a lawyer and ask what laws were broken. 3) Fact check the lawyers advice with rules, laws, local statues, civil law, etc. And make sure you don't miss deadlines and if you were not served court records by a process server or sheriff, file a motion and ensure the court and Judge knows or else you could be another person who has lost their property without being properly informed of people taking possession of your property without your consent or for not being able to find an honest attorney if fancy footwork is happening thru the backdoor. GOD be with you all as well and I would never recommend Charles Bull to anyone. NEVER! My advice in this thread is simply to educate the innocent on how to prepare and look for the right lawyer and ensure they stay on top of the court dates, and anything filed. Retain your own records in safe keeping or multiple backups in any case in the Parishes you file, I recommend seperately or in case the documents appear altered or missing anywhere from any source not necessarily meaning from this lawyer but you get the urgency of the point to prepare and preserve."
