"When to Dr.Dawson and switched immediately. Her notes did not reflect my situation. I never disclosed I was a nurse for 15 years and that I have a very clear understanding of my medical diagnosis. She did not do a head to toe assessment on me and yet if she would have she would have known I had pitting edema, and my skin was not intact. She only typed on her computer and I felt rushed cause it was close to lunch time. Once I read the report on My Chart I knew I had to find another PCP.
