"I went to get a paper notarized by this business. The man did not fully complete the form. Did not fully sign and date it ! I went back to have it corrected. he did not charge me a second time as it was his error. However, the second paper is now being refused because the notary seal is not clear. Enough! So I tried to go back a third time and the phone number. Doesn't work!"
