"Wow what a waste of time!! Place is inside hotel before you waste your time walking around trying to find it, let alone trying to find parking! On top of all that if your not a member of the hotel good luck getting in! Also they close at 5pm not 7pm!!!! They need to just shut down 100% also read there is a hotel fee for shipping?!?!? What a joke!"
"Not a real ups store, and they’ll tell you that! Charges extra for Amazon returns and other services. And they close at different hours than what’s listed online! Go elsewhere!"
"Dear UPS team, I appreciate your services, but I'd like to share my experience with a specific location. The store within the hotel is challenging to access with locked doors and no signs. Asking hotel staff for directions isn't ideal. Moreover, the $5 charge for Amazon returns seems excessive. When I suggested adding signs, I was told it's not a traditional UPS store. I urge you to consider improving the accessibility and customer experience at this location."
"Should not be considered a the ups store location. Very annoying to access in very locked down hotel and there are multiple service fees for basic services that should be free like amazon returns. I was told to contact amazon for recompensation for the fees which i find hilarious. Employees are fine. Services ended up being very slow on top of there being fees"
"They get a 2 star rating because they answered the phone. Otherwise, it would have been a 1. I thought UPS was a package shipper. You can’t ship at this location. Drivers now get base salary of $170K, a salary well deserved. Now if only customer service were so important. Not sure how UPS will pay all the salaries with so many cuts."
