"I will truly never be able to thank Dr. Dunaway enough for all he has done! I was seeing another local Fertility Clinic & after 2 failed IUI’s, I was feeling very discouraged. When I started to feel I was being pushed toward moving to IVF within no real explanation as why the IUI’s continued to fail, I decided it was time to seek a second opinion. "For a company that is dealing with something so special they seem to not care. Maybe because they have children or have not experienced infertility issues. I asked multiple times at every appointment I had to make sure my VA insurance was excepted. I was told by my the doctor and my husbands doctor themselves that our procedures were covered. My husband and I had to wait for months to get an appointment due to hurricane IDA. When we finally got an appointment and we’re told we should get excited. A week before our procedure we were called and told the new facility they are going with is Cash pay only and we need to pay $6,000. When we told the receptionist that with the old facility Dr. LaNasa said our Insurance would be ok. she told us we were lying that dr LaNasa wouldn’t say that our insurance is okay because he only deals with cash pay patients. We wouldn’t have been there if we were cash pay! Then she told us we needed to take it up with the new facility on how to handle it. We went through this company if they decide to switch facilities that shouldn’t be our fault. Extremely disappointed because the staff at the Baton Rouge clinic and the doctor we were dealing with there were great now we have to go to another clinic and start all over. So disappointed please if you have an option go to another clinic or take the trip to go to Baton Rouge. The receptionist at New Orleans was extremely rude and not helpful at all."

"Dr. Dunaway and the staff are THE BEST!! I was so scared for my fibroid removal surgery and they made me feel comfortable. I was worried about the cut also but My incision is beautiful lol I'm so happy."

"It has been a long few years and the staff at Dr. Dunaways office in Baton Rouge have been exceptional. I could never express my gratitude enough to Dr. Dunaway and his staff. They are always available and the two times I phoned Dr. Dunaway in the middle of the night, you could not have asked for a more polite person to speak with. Being greeted by Ms. Audry makes you feel right at home. All of the nurses have been absolutely fantastic. Ms. Jackie has the patience of a saint and the other ladies are just as amazing. The ultrasound tech's make you feel extremely comfortable and explain everything in detail without any hesitation. The response time of the phonecalls are unlike any ive ever seen. Thank you to Holly and Samone as well. You two have been great. It has been a long and emotional experience that started with surgery in 2014 where Dr. Dunaway found a surgical clip that had been left in me and has caused problems for years. I have had no pain since he removed that. I have had many various procedures over the last few years and at times I felt like giving up. I am glad we trusted Dr. Dunaway and his staff because now we have two little miracles that were well worth the wait. God bless these people. They are a huge part of our lives and we are forever thankful for them."
