"This company gets zero stars. Anthropologie contracted this poor excuse of a delivery contractor to deliver my furniture. They originally scheduled my delivery for the week of Dec 22, then called to “reschedule”. This has been going on for 4 weeks. Every week they push to the next week and it never comes to fruition. I finally received a window of time for delivery today, called to confirm twice, they called to confirm and I thought it was actually going to happen. They called halfway thru my window to say the truck was running late. I continued to wait, and then an hour after my delivery window ended they called again to tell me that they weren’t coming. I am beyond livid- we are now going into the 5th week of my furniture being held hostage by a delivery contractor that does anything but deliver. Worse experience ever."

"Had my delivery rescheduled twice, the second time due to a truck breakdown to which they appear to have no alternative solution. I still don't have my items and am considering renting a uhaul to go get it myself."

"I have had two different companies use metropolitan warehouse to attempt to deliver to me. They will call you to schedule a delivery for an entire week. They are then supposed to call you 2 days ahead of time to schedule a 4 hour window but twice they have failed to do that- they just show up at your house. Essentially, they expect you to be available with no more than 5 minutes notice for an entire week. If you ask for a reschedule, it can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months."
