"They delayed our paperwork for some reasoning almost causing a delay in closing. Then at closing we had a breach of contract from the sellers and we went to explain a delay in signing and got yelled out by the staff and was told I had to sign which I didn't. Once the deal was signed I went to turn in everything at the Sabine county tax office and they noticed a error in the Abstract number. The tax office contacted Patron to correct this but Patron refuses to respond so our house still isn't in our name. I called them and they said it isn't their problem. So I filed a consumer complaint with Austin, TDI.gov.tx and turned this over to my lawyer. This place needs to be shut down. My agent explained that they have made this mistake on several other deals recently."

"Forms that were never supplied regarding tax exempt status for disabled veterans, Lack of availability of people to speak to within the office, they have put me on hold and then hung up on me, repeatedly. We closed over a year ago are still having problems with that closing for tax encumbrances that were passed on to us from the previous owners, that we were not made aware of, with all that, still , no one will even talk to us without hanging up on me while I'm on hold. I finally had to go to my agent who was great. She did the leg work to find out what happened and she was never made aware of it either. So, especially if you are buying from out of the area, if you can not physically be present for every step of the process, do yourself a favor, find someone else to use."

"Been trying to close on 1 acre of land with CASH IN HAND for 5-6 weeks now and still don't have a date or closing cost. They've called back 2 out of 15 times like they said they would, still with no information. Will not be using this place again."
