"Went in for them to put a seal on a change of beneficiary form..Was told it would be about 45 min. Which I was ok with...As I was walking out I was stopped and told that I needed account verification...That didn't sound correct so I left and voiced via a curse word my dissatisfaction...Drove to another bank and had it done in 10 minutes and for no charge...Received a call frome the Red River branch manager scolding me for my language...told her I was going to close my account and she agreed that I should...Great experience closing the account at a Shreveport branch...that's why I gave them 2 stars...."

"I recommend the Red River Bank off of Airline in Bossier because they are always so pleasant. They know what they are doing. I only have to wait 2 min maybe 5 to be seen and taken care of.
