"This was actually at the Ship N Store on Plank road in Baker. They have Amazing Customer Service. Ms Wanda is the Best, I had a package that Didnt get scanned by FedEx upon pickup, and she called Every stopping and delivery place connected with this shipment and found the package and had them to Start scanning from there. It was IMPERATIVE that that package get scanned. FedEx messed up, but she fixed the problem for me."
