"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They not only increased the price of my storage, building, they added another $13 fee, if you pay past the 5th, they add a late fee of 21. and then a lien fee, of $125. on the 5th day of the second month, and send you a default notice letting you know that your belongings have been seized, until you pay a said amout of 390.80, but when I went to pay that amount, it was changed to $420.59 for 2 months, that I was paying $160 for 2 months for, when I originally rented the storage. (before this company bought the facility) It's also near impossible to get to your belongings because they constantly are changing the codes. Also they do online auctions with the belongings they seize, so thats why they add as much as they can to your bill. I am warning you, don't use this company. Do NOT do business with this company."
"The customer service over the phone was exceptional! The young lady I spoke with was very helpful & pleasant, I think her name was Ann? Anyhow, I was paying too much for my storage, & now I have a bigger space for less money!! Awesome!!"
