"From the get-go, had to call 4 times for completely separate issues. Those being 2 different tracking numbers for the same package, shipment exceptions, a representative outright lying about delivery times (only confirmed when I called again and they told me they had no idea where the last representative got that information), being told I would be called at a certain time and never receiving that call, among other things. And I still have no idea where my package is or when it'll get here. Still waiting for them to call me."
