"This place is severely lacking in communication. When there was potential of bad weather I had to reach out to see what the protocol was- how ahead of time to do they cancel? How do they cancel? (Text, email?) They did end up cancelling one of our lessons, we scheduled a make up class after our normal classes were done and they never told me the address to our make up lesson. I emailed them and no response- very unprofessional."
"Ms Madi and Little Fins Swim Academy have been great. My 4 year old hated getting water splashed in her face, so I knew swim lessons were going to be rough. Thank God for Ms Madi, Nola bonded with her the first day and never cried. Now she is jumping in like a pro and swimming better than ever.
