"Our three-year-old Chihuahua developed a fear of everyone and everything. She even refused to walk on a leash, and would freeze at the sight of virtually anything. After just 5 days with Booke, her confidence is a 100% better and her fear is waining. Brooke even went out of her way to visit us at our home for additional training (mostly training me!) and she continues to stay in touch to see how things are going. Her experience, expertise and calm demeanor are just what our fur baby needed. If you have a new puppy or a pooch with issues, I would highly recommend using Brooke."

"I happened upon The Dog School via a google search and I can’t say enough good things about Brooke! We were struggling with our 4 year old American bulldog and her resource guarding. Our pup has also gotten aggressive when our kid’s friends have gotten into her space too much (I.e., push her out of a room, overcrowding in a large group of teens, etc.). We were at a point where we weren’t sure if we could keep our dog in our home or not. The Dog School’s training has very effective, teaching her the “out” command so she abandons whatever she is doing or whatever she has gotten a hold of. Basic training, like sitting and staying while we open the door, feeding time, etc. has helped us to gain additional control over her and she minds so much better. Additionally, our dog was able to successfully socialize with Brooke’s dog as well as others in her care, which is a huge improvement. Brooke sent daily updates with videos answering photos as well as notes on training techniques. Brooke also discussed with us how we can manage Dixie and her anxiety so we can safely keep her in our home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brooke and only wish we had found her sooner. We’ve also used her for dog boarding and it’s such a piece of mind knowing she’s there vs in a kennel or vet being boarded."

"We have a 5 month old Belgian Malinois (Sammy) who just finished training with Brooke. Brooke is all we could’ve asked for in a dog trainer. She’s thorough, dependable, and reasonably priced. He stayed with her for 10 days and came back a completely new dog. Brooke took time to message us everyday to explain in detail what they were working on that day. She took him on field trips! And best of all, she did an amazing job laying the foundation for his training. We went pick him up today and she went through all of his training with us, showed us how to continue his home training, and was very patient with me and my whole family. If you’re struggling looking for dependable, trustworthy dog trainer, look no further than here!!"

"After months and months of Marley being terrible. I had to make a decision to get her some kind of training. She is a Miniature Australian Shepherd. I knew she was smarter than she was acting. I needed to find her some obedient training. Surfing the web, I found The Dog School. Put out an email to them, and was contacted by Brook. Went over a few things I thought Marley needed help with. Promptly scheduled a date to get her in for training. I dropped her off to Brook and the training began. I was sent videos and text everyday Brook worked with Marley. I was so impressed with her progress as the days went by. After the 10 days we meet and trained together with Marley for over an hour. Marley’s behavior is 100% better. Brook was wonderful! I highly recommend The Dog School"

"Major is a 2 1/2 year old half Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd that never socialized and was very aggressive and protective of me. I had vets turn me away because of his behavior. I decided maybe some obedience training might help the situation, but I was skeptical because I thought no one could change Major’s behavior. I did some research and decided on Brooke and the Dog School of New Orleans 10 day advance obedient training. I couldn’t believe the progress I was seeing each day when Brooke took him to the park and stores and how he was reacting around people. To top it off is the commands sit, stay, lay and come that he learned. He enjoys his walks at my side with no barking, pulling or growling. I am so thankful for the training Major received I only wish I would have done it much sooner. Also the kennels and spacious play area are amazing. I will be sending Major for boarding for his vacations. Thank you Brooke Gerald"
