"What we've been told and what actually happens are two very very different things. We drive a 18 wheeler near Minnesota, and we were told in order to get a new refill to just call and if the receptionist doesn't send it to the nurse, to ask to speak with him personally. Tried that and it took a whole day of arguing with his staff to get them!! Yeah, Dr. Werner is nice, but nice doesn't cut it when you need a refill!! We HAVE to have our meds for DOT requirements!!"
"Dr Charles, you are indeed a good doctor to the right patients. You have forever damaged my mother who trusted you as you filled her body with 450 narcotic pills per month..80 years old. She now just lays in bed after having to gone to rehab and detox .Thank you for nothing sir. Why didn't you tell her what these pills would do to her.why???"

I have been under and in the presence of many physicians due to a large family and the many illnesses each incurred in his/her life span.
