"Amazing sauce, more amazing Bloody Mary mix. I have had this place on my list for a long time. As a native New Englander, it was always way out of the way. When I could not find my FAVORITE bloody Mary Mix, the TABASCO BLOODY MARY MIX at any store I decided it was time to go to the source!!! ONLY to be told it's no longer being made. Great place for the hot sauce lovers. I spent $100+ on sauces to take home. But I left so disappointed. Amazing place and history. Please, please bring back my favorite bloody Mary mix. And the ice cream is AMAZING.... (So is the Scorpion sauce) AND the Family Reserve is like the finest wine you have ever had. Amazing sauce."
"Self guided tour is well appointed with visual aids such as the museum and many videos along the path. Great history of the region mixed in with that of Tabasco. Had the food pairing with George. Informative and delicious. Follow his lead on sauce pairings but be warned the Scorpion sauce is not for the timid tongue. Tasting the fresh pepper mash, also a little dab is plenty, very spicy. Crawfish etoufee was my favorite. When he tells you to sauce the dessert, do it. We could not eat all of our food but they have lids and containers for take home. Don’t miss the jungle drive through experience before you leave, beautifully manicured."
"Superb facilities with parking for buses and large RV’s. The self-guided tour is very well laid out and enjoyable. The provided history of the development of the product and the facilities is very well done. The Gift Shop, Restaurant and Staff are all excellent."
"Didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as I did! And be sure to stop by gift shop and see Rhonda she was such a delight! And we got a bite at the diner, and a Bloody Mary that was very good! And the jungle gardens are so beautiful!"
"Terrific experience! Although the tour is limited and self-directed - it is amazing to see the home of Tabasco and learn about the founding family. The restaurant is decent. The Jungle Gardens are beautiful. It's worth the time!!"
