"I called 3wks ago to set up consultation and was told they will back with me on Monday. No one ever reached out. I tried again just cause I understand sometimes things get busy. I called back and got an appointment. I was scheduled for virtual but never received a link. I called them the day before the appointment and was told they were going to send me the link and it never came. The day of my appointment I called when my appointment was scheduled for a link and I was told they about to send it. It was never sent! Very unprofessional!"

"Gerard Woodrich was my landlord for 1 year. I moved into a house with roommates that he already rented to two other women. We had many problems during hurricane IDA trying to discuss him repairing damages. I was assertive and know my rights. He tried to kick us out on the streets because he doesn’t personally like me after I called him out on repairs. He couldn’t legally kick me out so he just had to wait it until I moved. Now that we are finally moving out he has refused to give my deposit back. Even though I cleaned and patched any holes from anything that went on the walls, and left the house in the exact same condition I moved into. I was well within my lease agreement. I told him I wasn’t gonna pay for his renovation and now he refuses to give my deposit back. He blocked me on his phone and told me to talk to his “attorney” but refused to give me the number to said attorney. I have no way to even contact him to get my money back. Gerard Woodrich doesn’t believe in anything positive. He’s a slumlord and wants your money. He’s not kind to women that have an opinion or are strong. He’s not a good person. I wouldn’t get anywhere near his church or himself for that matter."
