"They are the WORST post office in history! And the woman who delivers to county road 201 in Carthage is the LAZIEST person I ever met!! You can tell she hates her job and needs to find something else! I'm already speaking with corporate to see if something can be done about her!! I'm sick of her not delivering peoples packages because she's too lazy to drive in a driveway or exercise!"

"Won't deliver my package on time. Incompetent people in the post office in Carthage TX. Lost packages. Mail put in wrong box. The whole nine yards needs complete overhaul"

"Extremely lazy, and very rude employees. Either refuses to drive up the driveway for packages that won't fit in mailbox, or will leave your hard earned money sitting on the ground for any thief to see and steal. Horrible employees that could use a little exercise, instead they will not even load your package in their vehicle if they can't pick it up with 2 fingers. But, what do you expect from government ran business, right?"

"Black lady that delivers on the weekend is maybe the most lazy person I have ever seen. She won’t deliver anything that can’t be left in a mailbox. If this doesn’t stop I’m going to keep taking it up the ladder all the way to the top. If postmaster can’t hold her accountable then we will hold you accountable as well"

"The most uncaring service. It's not every person but just certain ones. A mail carrier refused to deliver mail due to a vehicle NOT being in her way of the mailboxes, she then left a note in one neighbors mailbox basically saying that she is punishing the whole lane all because of one car and found out the carrier has been withholding mail for a week. Mind you, this is in an all black neighborhood...Postmaster didn't seem too concerned with the matter & was very non chalant and unprofessional although the problem was solved....I fear for the future of Postal Service and for the people who need their mail. Terrible service/lack of people skills."
