"Hired Two Men and a Truck for an office move yesterday. I was told they were supposed to show up between 9:30 and 10 with 3 guys. Showed up at 11 with 2 guys. Part of the move was going to be donated to Habitat but didnt have enough time to get that done with the lower manpower. Was told that the owner would call me to work it out as the move lasted till well after business hours. This morning - no call AND they billed my debit card vs the company check that I advised them i would pay with. Now i have to hire another moving company to move the donation portion. Frustrating experience...."
