"I do love a good information center, and let me tell you, there is a lot of information about the area and the state here. Employees are friendly and helpful."
"So, I happen to be close to the visitor center and was excited to find out about local sites, but to my surprise it was not open at 1pm on a Wednesday! Google says it should be open until 4:30?! I called and left a message as well. If they return my call in a timely manner then I will consider giving a higher rating. Update: they returned my call the next day and explained two of their workers were out with Covid. I updated the star rating."
"A wonderful spot for information about the parish. Wonderful if you aren't sure what you might want to do. Make sure to ask for Ms. Trudy she was so pleasant to speak with. I would recommend stopping by for anyone new to the area. Even locals can find something here!"
"Not open on weekends when tourist are most available for need if ideas . Close mon to fri at 430pm before people get off work. Internet is more friendly. Waste of time do to restricted hours. Here from indiana. Gas stations more helpful on a saturday morning for sightseeing and ideas."
"GREAT CARING STAFF! Very informative with a full library of amazing information about the area from restaurants, tours, wedding information, plantations, hotels, businesses, and much more.
