"We met with Sonny several months before a cruise and that's the last time we heard from him - we ended up doing everything ourselves. We booked our own airfare, arranged our own transportation, booked our own excursions, printed all the luggage tags and documents needed for the cruise, etc. When we called him, he would always put us off. The last time we tried to call just a couple of weeks before the cruise, he told us to "put a pin in it". If we had left it to him, we wouldn't have had a vacation at all! We were very disappointed in the whole experience working (or rather not working) with Sonny."
