Ms. Betty always exhibits a happy and warm greeting via the phone and in person when you call or visit the Shreveport-Bossier Tourist Bureau. Claire went above and beyond to assist me with my packages by walking me to my car in the cold temperatures. We had a great time laughing and talking.
