"I called this taxi service this morning because unfortunate Uber and Lyft wasn’t working for 45 minutes. I asked them how soon they could get to my hotel, they said pretty soon, I thought they were in the area. It took 11 minutes for them to get here and I had a flight to catch and he took me to 3 Out of Order ATM’s before he went to the bank. I missed my flight and he couldn’t even rush just a bit. Overall very unsatisfied with this taxi service and the Uber and Lyft unavailability."
"Worst taxi experience of my life and I've ridden taxis in Istanbul. No problem with speed or service. It was $20 to go 3 miles. Not even that. The driver was rude and threatened to leave if I did not come out immediately. So I never got my quarter pounder that I paid for. The way he said it was so assholie."
"The worst cab ride in HISTORY. This company wanted me to pay $130 round trip, to go from Enterprise Tanker dock to Walmart. When we got to Walmart driver said, “It will be $130 round trip. I need you to pay this Now and I will come back and pick you up. Do I look like I just fell of a Cabbage truck. Never us this company, If you can avoid them."
"Stay Away from this Taxi service a complete scam. I encountered one of the worse taxi experiences with this company yesterday evening. As previous post you are told one price and they try to charge you something different when you get to your location. I was asked if I was paying with card or cash and told the driver it depends...how much is the fare since he turned off the meter. I was told $45 which was pretty expensive, but I needed to get to my destination. I told him credit card and once we got to my location he said I thought you were paying cash. Now here we go...he calls into his manager to take the card payment for the manager to now play price gouging because i was paying with a credit card. ..all totally illegal. Long story short I called the police and prices started changing again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GET INTO ONE OF THESE Taxis...call UBER!"
"Best taxi I have used so far in beaumont. Was waiting about 30 minutes for another cab to come, got fed up with waiting called LA Uno. He told me he'd be here in 5 minutes and he wasn't kidding! !!!! ! Was super friendly, fast and convenient. Would totally use them in the future."
