"I have never witnessed a pharmacy staffed so heavily with such incompetent and careless individuals. This staff has NO coethe. They made me feel VERY unwelcomed and the ONLY reason I attempted to fill with them was because my physician specifically confirmed with them that they had my medication in stock. BUT....despite having the medication, they came up with every excuse not to fill it. First, I was told my insurance required a prior authorization. I confirmed that to be FALSE on a 3-way conference call from People's Health. Then, after that call, they said they would fill it, but not until the morning. So the next day, I called at 9 am, confirmed it was ready, drove to the store, and I was told for the SECOND time that they were out of stock, and that it would be filled the NEXT day. I called the next day, I was placed on hold, and a pharmacist answered, "I do not have this medicine. I suggest you take your business elsewhere." I wish someone could have been upfront in the beginning, but clearly, this pharmacy specializes in favoritism. ZERO PATIENT CONSIDERATION This is how a neighborhood pharmacy stays in business for 50 years; they only fill the neighbor's prescriptions."
