I have had some bumps in the road with back-office stuff (mainly insurance/billing), but this review is for the nurses that I actually interact with during my visits. Everyone is so kind and makes me feel welcome. I appreciate the private suites with recliners, TVs, and snacks/drinks available. I also love that there are Saturday appointments available. "Great place great people. Very clean and comfortable for the patients. Each patient being treated has their own room with a big comfy chair and a tv. All the nurses try to make the visit as good as possible considering. They also deliver home iv meds feeding tube nutrition and so much more"
"Nicest people We've used them for past 4months and they'll even call us every week before we even need our script for our IV They're so on it and delivery on time even on Saturday, but we needed infusion bc our hospital dropped the ball they called and we had an appt within 2hrs, they'll do your bandage change, bloodwork and infusion right there if you're not comfortable doing your infusion yourself at home, perfect"
