CVS Pharmacy 1401 Veterans Boulevard, Metairie, LA 70005

"The lady who is working in the pharmacy this morning(February 3,2024) is extremely rude. I walked up with two items- while she’s checking the person out in front of me, she screams. “First and last name!” At me. First of all you’re still checking out a customer if I was picking up I would never scream my my health information at you. I told her I only wanted to check out these two items and she totally shut me down saying she’s not checking me out and I can go to the front with attitude telling me she’s overwhelmed and has all these things to do. She got on the intercom and scream somebody go to the front register. From black woman to black woman I really felt degraded with how she treated me. I asked for her name and the store manager came back giving me her nickname. I think she thought I was a joke but I have called and made a complaint so hopefully this will not happen to another customer."
