"One of the first times I went a few years ago, this racist old dude who I assumed to be the manager followed me around the store to see if I would steal anything, but I'm not sure if he's still there. In another visit, one of the guys that checked out my stuff lacked customer service skills. My most recent visit wasn't bad at all, however, one of the employees there tried to mansplain the most recent jojo part to me, someone who's caught up with the series, despite him saying at the time that he hasn't read it yet lmaoooo."

"We are regulars in the store. Today I wasn't happy with the associate. They're changing prices and supposedly they can't change it. We bought my son a 5.99 ps3 game and it rang up a dollar more when paying for it. The guy said he couldn't change it in the system. I know a dollar isn't much but with inflation every penny counts. If my son wasn't special needs and insist we go there every time we're in Port Arthur I'd definitely be looking for another place for his movies and games he doesn't play."

"The store is organized and clean. Prices on games are okay, and prices on wires are excellent. You get raw dogged on trade-ins, but that's the way life goes sometimes. They have a disk resurfucer, so that alone makes the place worth going to. Anyways, go check them out yourself. Get a little treat while you are there. You deserve it."

"It has good deals and a lot of movies to choose from. The only reason it has 4 stars and not 5 is because we had purchased a movie a few months back, and when we got back in the car, we realized it was scratched. My husband took it back in immediately, and they don't do refunds, but they'll give you store credit. It's in the form of a receipt, so my husband took a picture of it just in case he lost it. Fast forward to this weekend, we were in town and decided to check out the movies, and my husband wanted to check out the movies. He found one and wanted to use the store credit. Well, store credit wasn't found in the system. It wasn't a huge loss it was a little over $5, but there needs to be a better system in place."
