"Walking up and down stairs is for the fit. You have to go upstairs to enter the arena, then or seats were down near the floor. The temperature was very comfortable."
"Nice arena, it is open, stairs and elevator available to get to the top. Concession stands on both sides. Restrooms only on one of the sides, # of stalls was ok for women. Overall it was good. Plenty of parking."
"We've been to a couple concerts, Monster Jam, and most recently Cirque Du Soleil. The venue itself is pretty decent for it being in Beaumont and not having the bigger names come through. Staff are friendly. Concessions are easy to get to and priced decent. Parking is pretty easy in and out (when people are playing nice). Definitely a good experience every time and have no real complaints."
"Came to see Cirque du Soleil Corteo. Make sure to pay for parking online will be $10.00 online vs $15.00 at the gate. There are elevators to take you up to seating."
"Went for the Monster Nation event and what a great experience. Parking was simple and the arena was clean along with the event being well organized. No complaints here and we plan on going back to Ford Arena a few more times."
