"Had my wife's prescription put in the PREVIOUS day, and when I came in at noon, it was not ready. The staff was rude, and at first could not even find the prescription, then had to get it together. Very unprofessional. Go literally anywhere else!"
"Don’t be fooled by the “FULL SERVICE available in BOTH LANES” sign… it’s a lie. Pulled up there as there was a car at the window only to be told that lane is for drop off only! Pulled back around to find 2 more cars in front of me. WASTING MY TIME! UPDATE— I had to spell my name 4 times for the lady and she’s going to tell me she can’t hear me over the loud truck. I guess my husband is the only person in Opelousas, LA that has a diesel??? THEN she asks me to TURN OFF MY TRUCK! It’s only 100 degrees outside! REALLY? Spell my name again and FINALLY get only 1 of my 2 scripts. 20 minutes of aggravation and didn’t get all of my meds! AVOID this pharmacy if you can."
