"If it ain't one thing it's another with this place. The most recent issue has been that they have decided they won't fill prescriptions for tele-health doctors!! Which is flat out ridiculous! The whole point of tele-health is the convenience of it, especially for people who you know, HAVE JOBS. They had no problem with tele-health during the pandemic and we were all told to NOT go to doctors offices, but apparently now, this pharmacy has decided they no longer need these kinds of doctors. Doesn't make sense does it???"

"The only reason I go there is their savings plan which saves me money. They are very slow and if you refill a prescription through their app you still have to call to get it started even after a few days of submitting your request. Drive through is very very slow"

"Well, I normally don't give bad reviews on Google I normally would send it to their website. However, that has done absolutely no good. So here we go... Understaffed, under trained, unprofessional. When I pulled up to the window today, the lady tried to shut the blind because it was 5 minutes until her lunch break but she finally opened it back up then. Of course my prescription was not ready even though I had received a text earlier saying it was. I have written into corporate at least three times about all of the same problems. So corporate do not send me an apology email about my experience, Take that time and fix your problems at hand."

"I’ve been using Kroger’s Pharmacy (16th St. Orange, TX.) for a little over a year now. They’ve been pleasant to work with. I usually go inside to get my prescription, and I can clearly notice that they seem very busy. I never see any of the pharmacists, assistants, or anyone that works there, just standing around. I feel if you see any bad reviews on here, it’s probably someone that’s just really impatient. Not saying all bad reviews are impatient people, but I can honestly tell you that these men and women at the pharmacy are working their tails off. Multiples times, I’ve called at a spur of the moment (due to me being able to take off at lunch, or headed through that way on the way to a job in that area.) and they always say to give them 30 to 45 minutes and it’ll be ready. Which, what more could you ask for?! A lot of people feel as if their medication is more important, as if others aren’t. IDK. Also, the ladies I’ve dealt with over the phone, and while checking out are always professional with me and seem very nice… even when their work is super busy, and probably maddening at times. They’re an awesome group of people, and overall, a great place to have your medications filled!"
