"My grandmother had a birthday party here although I can’t say it was a party! Management was very rude and shady! Grabbed the microphone and emphasized about 3 times that they don’t “do birthday parties” or any other events because it’s a “private” club? But beforehand gave my grandma the ok to have her party prior. Made us feel very unwelcome! And whatever food that was brought, it doesn’t matter if it was intended for the guests, it needs to be shared with EVERYONE that came to the club. Even if they weren’t there for the birthday party. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. No decorum at all. 0 out of 10. There is a way to address people without throwing shade! First and LAST time coming to this place."
