"We were shopping around looking for my son a new bat for his birthday. He decided he wanted the Hype Fire bat that was out of stock everywhere in the length he needed, but we were in luck because Aaron at BatFlip had one in stock. We messaged him personally while we were out of town and told him we wanted it, but couldn't pick up until the following week. He said that was no problem he sent an invoice and we paid for it and he held on to it until we were back in town. I was so impressed by the hands on customer service of this company. I would absolutely recommend and they will have my continued business!! And my son is loving his new bat!"
