"Crowley’s vision center is the best! The doctor gave me the perfect prescription. The staff makes you feel welcomed and that you are the most important customer! This is the first pair of glasses that I can wear all day at work! I would normally take them off when I got to work and only put them on if I absolutely had to. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend everyone to go there if they want the ultimate customer service experience! Thank you for the fabulous customer service."

"I enjoyed my visit at Crowley Vision Center very much last week! After my only pair of glasses broke unexpectedly, I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in ASAP! The staff was extremely pleasant to work with from my first call to schedule an appointment to the very end! Dr. Le is wonderful at what he does, and I felt like he was really patient with me while he did the exam. Also, big thank you to Kissie, who was SO patient with me from the start and while I picked out my frames! She never rushed me and was always happy to give her opinion until I found the perfect pair of glasses!! I’m very excited to continue going here since the customer service was wonderful, and now it is so much closer to me than Lafayette! 10/10 recommend!"

"I had been needing an eye exam since my last one 4 years ago. I was having headaches and wanted to know if it was potentially my eyes. I wanted somewhere close but somewhere that wouldn’t break the bank so I called Walmart and was able to get an appointment the next day! Kenneth got my info and was so nice on the phone. I got to my appointment and was greeted immediately by Kenneth . June came up to me afterwards and gave me info to fill out then I was examined by Kenneth. Dr. Lee took me quickly and did an excellent job. When k was done June helped me pick out glasses and was so involved and extremely pleasant. I got what I needed and wasn’t pressured into anything more like other places. I was in and out in an hour and I will definitely continue doing business here! Thank you to the wonderful staff!"
