"I have been to this pharmacy several times in the past and they were normally very nice. However today I had the lady at the drive through be very ugly and rude. I would advise your pharmacy to consider people's attitude with your customers and how that reflects poorly on your pharmacy when they are ugly. I had a very helpful lady assist me right after that. If your going to be ugly you can expect people to act the same way you treat them. I have not had anyone be that rude and ugly to me in a long time. Next time I will just ask for someone else at the window and I hope the pharmacy pulls her aside and has a discussion about this incident today she was working the first drive through window when I came through about an hour ago."
