"I went to the clinic in campti for some seriously severe back problems. They called my scripts in to Lakeview pharmacy right next door. But when I went and got my scripts they didn't fill my pain meds script. I didn't notice til just now. And I'm in Texas. Got em on the phone this morning. Said they didn't fill my script because they didn't have my id on file. But they said anything about needing a copy of my id. They didn't say a word. Thanks for nothing lakeview parmacy"
