"Horrible the gates have been broken for more 8yrs, our cars get broken into, we have no access to their “amenities” we have no passes to the workout area. You can only workout during their office hours F the work class who actually have jobs. The stipulations placed on reserving the club are to deter anyone from usage. Any activity the have are always in the middle of the work day, again F the working class. It takes months multiple requests for repairs. The rest of the apartment’s doesn’t look like Tonti Street they power wash & maintain the buildings on that street because they’re close to the leasing office. There are so many bugs in the address box you can’t see the numbers."

"Richard came to my house and fix both of my toilets during the hours that the office wasn't open.. He did an amazing job and was very helpful.. I wanna thank Richard for this❤️.. Also Ms Eugeika is the best at the office. Everytime I need anything she is always there. "The worst place I've ever lived at, none of the amenities are working properly, even the patio door is rotten and cannot be opened and closed properly. this problem has been this way for over a year, its a good location and seems nice on the outside, but they have no desire to keep you happy. you call the staff nicely to ask about work orders, they speak over you over and over, never had an issue resolved on time... or at all."
