"I tour the preserve with my son last Thursday it very nice floor plan . and it an ideal location my Son really liked it it will put him closer to his job we were shown by Tammi she took her time answered our questions about the area and the properties looking forward to moving in August"
"Lived here for almost a year and I’m glad I made the decision to rent here. The property is very well kept and I always see staff cleaning or doing something to keep up the property. The parking lot is a plus. Safe and in a great location. There is a community garden on the premises I’ve been meaning to use. With all the positives there is one negative; the walls are thin and I can hear the conversations of my neighbors on either side at times not to mention a barking dog."
"I have lived at Gold Seal Lofts since 2011 and I am extremely happy with my home. The property is well kept and the office staff is great. Planning on planting some veggies this season in the Community Garden that is available to us. I also love the courtyard lights that have been added. Not planning on going anywhere. Come be my new neighbor if you can get in! We are full. That’s what proves we are great."
