"Went to view the two bedroom in the premier building that was just built my spouse who has been a resident for over 10 YEARS was told he had to basically move out of his current unit and be homeless and buy the lease out before we could move in the new building. We spoke to a leasing agent and the property manager who didn’t suggest a resident transfer but instead insisted on him paying them for a months rent when he’s not trying to leave the property he is really trying to upgrade. The property manager was not welcoming friendly or helpful she had a very nasty disposition about herself during our meeting. I have escalated my concerns to corporate because of this."

"I moved in February 2023. I have enjoyed it up until today. Then I came home tonight to a lease violation. I had a coffee can out on the patio by my door to keep my cigeratte butts in. At least I am not throwing them on the ground like everyone else does. I don't smoke in the apartment, I go outside. I will be looking for another place as soon as possible. This is just ridiculous. Not a happy person right now."

"Touring the Sugarmill East was easily the best apartment tour I've ever had. The floor plan was big, very clean, and the staff was extremely warm and welcoming; especially a woman named Stephanie! I unfortunately could not move in due to some personal reasons, but I'm positive this place would have made an amazing home. I highly encourage anyone to take a tour!"

"Revised. See black mold in bathroom ceiling, two months since apartment above leaked no repair and BLACK MOLD second leak and hole in ceiling to drain leak into my apartment. Wow! The pictures tell the story of poor management of the trades, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff. This is to be a HOME. it's not. There are truly no other options at this price, and the ownership knows it and you all have to raise your families in places like this. Add in a past smoker(s) as tenants and poor carpet cleaning, and you have an even worse "HOME". SAD. We will clean ourselves, but you all should never have to call a place like this home. This property owner should be ashamed. Oh, add in the shower doesn't work at all.....and that is not an emergency. WT#"

"This is the worst complex I have ever lived at. I first experienced a major problem with my bathroom's ceiling leaking within two months of living here (MARCH). The issue was not addressed until just last week (NOVEMBER). I also have an issue with the upstairs neighbor having the loudest squeaky floors that wakes me up every day early in the morning (2AM) and the complex refuses to do anything about it. I have pictures and videos with dates for every issue. Even the day I moved in, I was told to be here for 12PM then changed to 2PM cause they weren't complete with renovating my unit. Those move in day issues are still there, and I have pictures to show those as well. I would recommend no one to live here as I have not had one day where I felt like I made the right decision to live here."
