"I went to visit the place for the first time and was totally shocked at the conditions. Ppl were outside blasting music loudly, playing dominos, and partying. How can anyone sleep or have any type of peace in a place like that? The pictures are very misleading. The apartment I saw was nothing like that. Its filthy back there and the living conditions are below standard."
