"Magnolia Creek was the best treatment center I’ve been too. The campus is beautiful and full of life. Being out in nature helped immensely with my recovery. It does not feel like a hospital like most centers do. Mag Creek and it’s people are so welcoming I highly recommend it to anyone who is in recovery."

"Great place to live. Very quiet and nice apartments. Hillary in the Rental Office is such a kind person always willing to help. Only bad thing? Parking problems: too much cars, and not much parking places. Also, because is not assigned, you do not have guaranteed availability."

"I have been living here for about 2 years and haven't had any major problems other than the usual wear and tare. Maintenance staff is always quick and helpful. Kudos to Mr. Frank, Cindy. However my neighbors above are a different story; a couple of times they were fight from 3am til 5:30am. The stomping can be annoying but the loud intimacy could be down right rude and disgusting. No respect for others sleep pattern nor their children in the next bedroom. Overall a good place to live near airport, shopping centers and restaurants. Rent is a little high, but what can you expect it's metro New Orleans."

"I lived here for almost 3 years, and it was wonderful for the first 2. In the past year however they seem to have changed their rental requirements, or the programs they accept. The residents that are replacing the old tenants leave a lot to be desired... The property itself is beautifully landscaped and mostly quiet until you're trying to sleep and can hear the train horns at 2am... The rest of the property, mainly the space you live in, leaves much to be desired. In my unit I has to request the ducts cleaned multiple times due to mold. The mold actually got so bad it started growing out around the vents. Now on to management...this company has some of the rudest managers I've ever dealt with. The property manager seemed very nice until July when there was an issue with their website and it would not let me log on to make a payment. I went in and told them the situation and my login was fixed. I was billed a late fee and told that it would be taken care of. 3 months later the charge is still on my account and I'm told it will be taken care of. I just moved out, and sure enough it was taken care of, out of my deposit. Now I'm told it's out of their hands and to call corporate. The manager hung up on me mid sentence when I was questioning why this is happening when she said it would be taken care of. Completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, try and move somewhere else. This place isn't what it use to be."
