"Please don’t live here. Been here two years. Have had two apartments here. First was infested with roaches they refused to fix the issue. Then the apartments had mold so I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved to be relocated. Now the current apartment I’m in is infested with roaches as well as rats. I told them there was a hole somewhere and they refused to come solve the issue.I’m leaving and I hope to get anyone from moving here. They don’t care !!!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! Infested with roaches called and complained they lied and said they sprayed our apartment when we were waiting on them all day… then when things breaks they NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone Then When you knock on the door to tell her what’s going on she say “ here’s my business card and you can file your complaint online “ None of our windows lock and at the bottom of the door theres an opening so bugs can come in Make sure you READ THE LEAST it states “ even if we don’t meet our requirements you are still responsible for paying your rent “ they don’t fix nothing but want rent The maintenance man is very helpful . I complained to the lady she sent me back to my apartment I told him he fixed it fast !! He should be the manager “ if I could give it a 0 I would but I can’t so I give it a 1 “"

"I just moved in this month, I love the black appliances and the overall apartment is perfect since its just me. However, recently the this complex has switched workers and maintenance all within a few months of me being here. Office staff are hard to contact and I already regret making a decision to live here. Another unfortunate thing is the water does not stay hot long enough for you to take a decent bath and the plumbing easily gets backed up."

"Very nice. Newly renovated apartments, quiet setting. Apartments are very spacious with wooded cabinets with stainless steel appliances. Comes with washer and dryer, which is very convenient for me ,carpet throughout. Nice back yard patio for barbecuing, patio furniture, and family engagements. Maintenance staff comes in a timely manner, always within 24 hours prior to order being put in, or same day depending on the emergency of the situation. No pest problems. Management is awesome, always there when needed, and often does engagements to try to bring tenants together for a night of fun. I highly recommend Avalon Apartments to all my family and friends."
