"Sierra saved me! I love the location, clean & quiet. They had new carpet installed, she did her best to work out the kinks with original unit I was showed. Before everything was finalized she made sure I was comfortable with my unit. I recommend!"
"Decent place to live as far as Baton Rouge goes, but there’s a ton of potheads and the pool by my apartment was rarely clean. The gates are also frequently broken/left open so anyone can come in at any time. The workout equipment was mostly broken and in the 7 months I lived there, never got fixed. My main complaint though was that I was charged over $700 at move out for bogus reasons, including an OVEN CLEANING?!?! The oven wasn’t dirty in the first place but I feel like that shouldn’t be an extra charge."
