"Only lived here for 2 months and we chose to break the lease . Nothing gets fixed we put in several work orders . When maintenance did come they did a half job. Absolutely WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The pictures below are how the apartment looked the first day we moved in. They show you the model unit which is probably the only good unit in the whole apartment complex. The base boards had cracks in them & it had a serious roach problem which never got addressed (I never had roaches in my life) small roaches at that . Horrible property with poor management. If they don’t sell the complex soon it will be the projects in 5 years.. read they’re replies to ever negative reviews left on google. They replies show you how the complex is ran. POOR MANAGEMENT POOR MAINTENANCE"

"I hate that I have to write this review. But I also hate that I have to beg to get something fix. Y'all don't have to beg for my rent. I've been requesting maintenance to fix the tub faucet since May. They haven't fixed it yet. They closed out my 1st maintenance request stating that maintenance couldn't find the water shut off. But that's a lie, how was they renovating apartments if they can't turn the water off. So it just so happened the water tank needed to be replaced. My kitchen and living room floor was soak about 6 days before they replaced it and they still didn't fix the tub. I've put in about 10 maintenance request in a little over 2 years. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I have attached photos of the tub which clearly has had issues in the past and they decided to patch it with puddy. The water has leak so much I can't use the tub because of the rust and whatever else is growing."

"I've only lived here a short time and have put in 8 maintenance request. Nothing gets fixed fast and that's if they decide to fix it. Also I've noticed when people are brave enough to write a negative review about this place it's removed. I'm not sure if it's fear of retaliation or what. But I can totally understand why a person would use an alias or a nickname."

"Apartment is run down ! The remodels stopped ! Repairs of A/c ste not being made ! Renters have to provide their oen window unit due to lack of maintenance service ! Owner does not want to put out any more money ! Even with security gate there have been thefts in vehicles ! Lack of lighting in parking ! Lack of security and lack of cameras here! Don’t get stuck in these apartments!"

"Lived here for last three years and never had any issues. Maintenance always responded expediently, and the leasing office staff was always friendly and accommodating. A quiet safe area for kids, though not much room for them to play. While also being convenient to nearby shopping outlets , restaurants, and the highways."
