"I love the spacious apartments I do but the property is disgusting filled with trash and the stairwells are very dirty, the 2nd floor has too much stuff on it that I can't even walk through it, there are roaches right when I walked into the apartment, I know that they spray every month but it works kinda.it would be nice if the property was"

"They have called it a refugee complex.mostly rented to people from foreign countries.China,Vietnam,Africa.rental is based on applicants needs but most units are rented by the individual room,not the unit.you share a common area and kitchen of a 4 bedroom apt.its different,inexpensive,and the Tennant's observe thus making it a fairly secure place"
